TEC Partner Program Membership

TEC Partner Program enables Client Managers and BDMs from a range of client-driven industries to develop better relationship management techniques and sales strategies, as well as access to a community of peers from non competing industries that are charged with the responsibility of managing sales teams, high-value clients and accounts.

In bringing client managers together, TEC Partner Program creates an environment that generates new sales leads and opportunities among similar but non competing businesses.

The program helps to maintain the loyalty of existing customers by providing a best practice forum with top industry speakers, designed so that TPP members can expose their client CEOs to cutting edge thinking as a value-add service.

The TEC Partner Program is an excellent development opportunity for mid-level executives and is designed specifically to support individuals who have responsibility for high value client relationships and securing new key accounts.  This program is not appropriate for Chief Executives or Managing Directors, but will be of high value to leaders in:

Members of the TEC Partner Program meet regularly and develop a close link with nine other similar (but non-competing and diverse) organisations facilitated by a group Chair, with strong business development and relationship management skills and extensive experience as a Chief Executive.

The Program offers four Strategy Sessions and two Speaker Forums a year.  Members may also enjoy the benefit of optional One-to-One Meetings with their group Chair.

Four times a year, TEC Partner Program members meet with nine other member colleagues for a half-day Strategy Session.  The Sessions are hosted on a rotational basis amongst group members, providing further insight into each member's business, whilst enabling more effective networking.  These meetings are facilitated by the group Chair and members may raise an issue and the group will share ideas and experiences about that issue. The group does not make decisions; that is always the responsibility of the member. The process provides a wide range of alternatives for any issue, enabling each member to draw on the many years of business and personal experience within the group.

The program helps members to stay abreast of change in challenging market conditions by gaining a network of trusted advisors and professional peers to help steer their organisation in the right direction. This enhances the effectiveness of relationship managers and increases their personal accountability resulting in improved business performance and higher sales.

The building of alliances and networks across a range of industries within the national TEC community can also help generate immediate business growth.
