Career & Achievements: James is a highly experienced and well respected business executive with over 25 years experience.
During this time James has held senior executive roles including GM P&O Services, MD DMB Global and CEO Soloren Consulting. James has also run his own successful consulting business Next Move Consulting.
His industry experience includes, Logisitics, FM and Asset services, M&A, HR, OPC and business consultancy.
James currently sits on two boards and provides executive coaching as time permits.

James holds an MBA from the London School of Economics and a Diploma in Management practises from MRG along with a list of certificates and accreditations from various institutes. He is a Fellow at the Australian Institute of Management, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an accredited business coach.
Managed the change process for businesses (including AXA, Cadbury Schweppes, Exxon Mobil (Regional) Southcorp, Elders Limited, Boral, Coventry, HSBC) providing expertise to develop strategies including talent retention, change management, growth solutions, transition, and continuous improvement practises and measurements.
Successfully restructured a business three times over a five-year period, including role reviews, remuneration adjustments, new responsibilities and process improvements while delivering a new range of products and services.
Married to Sally since 1984 James and Sally have 4 boys and now live in Brighton Melbourne.
A loyal and frustrated Richmond supporter James likes to read just about anything, especially business related material and is a avid reader of Roman history.
His next goal is to totally spoil his grandchildren..
