Lynora has extensive experience working with chief executive and senior executives in the public and private sectors in Australia and overseas.
With over 35 years in business management and consulting, Lynora has strong diverse experience across a broad range of organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and NZ. Lynora was involved with program managing the implementation of a new business model across Australia and New Zealand for the Promina Executive team following an IPO and also worked with Vero Insurance. She has managed global projects for TMP Worldwide (now Hudson) and the Sydney city office of Computershare Communication Services. Earlier, Lynora spent two years as Business Manager for the Salvation Army Bridge Program in Auckland NZ and, based in Alice Springs, co-ordinated cross-border projects for remote communities whilst working with the NPY Women's Council.
Lynora also gained valuable experience and knowledge working for a number of years with Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia as a consultant, retail shopping centre relief manager, Trust Accountant and National MIS (IT) manager. Whilst in this role, she managed the systems integration of two acquisitions in NZ.
In 2004 Lynora set up her own company, redefinity, providing Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Conflict Management Coaching, Facilitation and Mediation services to government, corporate, SME's and not-for-profit's. Redefinity is a preferred supplier to a number of these organisations. Lynora facilitates strategic planning and risk reviews, mediates commercial and workplace disputes and provides 1-2-1 executive and conflict management coaching services. She also delivers Cinergy® Conflict Coaching training for LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolvers) in Australia and NZ.
Membership and accreditation: Lynora is on the NSW Advisory Board for ICSP (International Customer Service Professionals) and does pro bono coaching and facilitation for not-for-profit companies through goodcompany. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, the International Coach Federation, the Australian Human Resource Institute, a practitioner member of LEADR and is on a number of coaching panels and ADR mediation panels. Lynora is an accredited practitioner using Genos Emotional Intelligence Inventory, Extended Disc, Conflict Dynamics profile (CDP) and is a certified NLP practitioner.
As a TEC Chair, Lynora is passionate about empowering leaders to continually learn, grow, self-reflect and become more strategic by focusing on leading their business and people. Lynora uses her extensive business background to support and empower leaders of a diverse range of small to medium businesses to lead more balanced productive lives, improve their business performance and to continually challenge their thinking and ways of operating.
