Biography:

Career & Achievements: Jeff has more than 20 years experience in management consultancy delivery and leadership across a broad range of industries.

From 1988 to 1993 Jeff was General Manager of Curtin Consultancy Services where he managed income generation activities, managed and led staff, marketed the company's services locally and internationally, reported monthly to the Board, oversaw the audit, Annual Report and report to Auditor General and performed the Company Secretarial duties. For two years prior to this, he was the company's Manager of Education and Training services.

From 1995 to 1997 as Project Director at the Australian Quality Council he marketed consulting and training expertise, made public presentations about quality management and products, negotiated organisational improvement projects, designed organizational improvement solutions, managed organizational improvement projects and led staff.

From 1999 to 2003, as Strategic Consultant for global I.T. provider Computer Sciences Corporation Australia, Jeff provided consultancy in organizational change management, business requirements definition, process mapping, business process improvement and re-engineering for Alcoa, BHP Billiton, Department of Justice, Department of Land Administration, Health Department and Water Corporation.

From 2003 to 2005, as Practice Manager in Perth for global I.T. recruitment company Hudson, he led the HR consultancy operation in strategic HR, psychometric assessment, outplacement, career design and retention strategies. He provided business development, overhauled the consulting activity and led and managed the HRC operation. He also provided executive coaching to clients.

As a freelance consultant for Bell & Associates he has provided I.T. implementation strategies for the Department of Corrective Services, organisational reviews for Therapy Focus and Anglican Homes. From 1997 to 1999 he provided organisational change strategies, facilitation, BPI and BPR for the Water Corporation, Tenaga Nasional of Malaysia, Skipper Mitsubishi, Westrail, MBL Food Services Co-Operative, Alcoa Kwinana Refinery, Bethesda Private Hospital and Sealcorp. In 1994 he provided organisational change for St John of God Hospital Subiaco and market research for AIM in Indonesia.

Jeff's career began with training in journalism with The West Australian, after which he worked as an advertising copywriter in Perth and Melbourne and he also reported for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in Hobart. In the mid-1970s he trained as a teacher and worked for eight years in primary and secondary schools.

Jeff started TEC-52 in 2006.
