Biography:

Graeme Drummond began his career as a Paint Research Chemist in 1972. After taking a break to complete additional studies Graeme joined the plastics industry in a technical role before moving into manufacturing and General Management where at times he was responsible for over 300 employees, 24/7 continuous operations and later as a Unit General Manager responsible for supplying on a JIT basis in excess of $90 million p.a. to the Automotive and Industrial markets.

In 1997 Graeme relocated to New Delhi India as President of a Joint Venture start up operation. Starting from ground zero with two customers the business was developed to 5 customers, $10 million in turn-over, established two sites and had achieved 70% market share at the time Graeme returned to Australia in early 2000.

In 2003 Graeme started his own business, initially operating as an Interim General Manager and trouble shooter for a number of organisations. In July 2007 Graeme changed his business focus to specialise in supplying support, coaching and mentoring to Owners and Managing Directors, CEO's of small to medium enterprises.

Graeme is a member at Mornington Yacht Club and enjoys cruising around the Gippsland lakes; his Moto is "Enjoy life and have fun".

Graeme with wife Lindy live on a small hobby farm at the top of Westernport Bay and have three young adult children.

Graeme started TECR 221 in 2009.
