Biography:

Prior to establishing his own company, GQ People Results, Geoff was employed with global recruitment and talent management firm Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks). Initially recruited as a consultant, Geoff was promoted to management in 1995.

From 2000 - 2008, Geoff was a member of the Australian and New Zealand executive management team. In this role he had exposure to the development of global strategy and direct responsibility for regional strategy development and implementation.

His senior management experience included roles as General Manager SA/NT, Regional General Manager SA/NT/WA/QLD/ACT, and Executive Coach.

As Executive Coach, Geoff worked with many of the firm's senior executives across Australia and New Zealand. His performance coaching sessions focused on real work place issues and achieving solutions arrived at by the participant.

Geoff has extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the development, implementation and review of effective recruitment methodology and process. He has earned an impressive reputation for his ability to train and develop staff in this business-critical area.

Prior to his years at Hudson, Geoff was employed as the national sales manager with a national training company. This firm distributed management and sales training media primarily from the UK and USA.

His early experience was at BHP where he had eleven years in sales and account management roles.

Geoff established his own company in 2009, consulting to private and public companies in the areas of executive coaching, recruitment process improvement and employee engagement, development and retention strategies.

Geoff became Chair of TEC 30 in 2010.
