Meet TEC Chairs
TEC Chairs are an exclusive group of experienced professionals who are experts in business leadership coaching.
They lead
their CEO peer groups and provide one to one coaching to top chief
executives looking to more effectively manage the growth of their
businesses, become better leaders, make better decisions and
generate better results.
A TEC Chair has two major responsibilities. The first is to act as a leader and facilitator for the group meeting day. The second is to meet with each member every month for a one-to-one review and coaching session. Together, the chair and member identify key issues, opportunities and priorities for each member's organisation.
A Chair may influence and inspire a CEO group or may even lead a different group of C-level executives who are looking to become better leaders. Their skills and experience enables them to keep members accountable and groups dynamic and productive.
