TEC is an international leadership organisation, bringing together Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) who meet regularly in groups of up to 16 to share their knowledge and address business issues and opportunities. Each TEC group is facilitated by a carefully selected and professionally trained Chair who also meets privately with each TEC member for an individual One to One discussion every month.

TEC also presents a world class international speaker community, with the most commercially relevant speakers and topics selected to meet member requirement.

The TEC community acts as a collaborative think-tank of business leaders representing most disciplines, industries and personal and professional experiences. Members benefit from leadership development and peer-to-peer networking but most importantly, fellow peers serve as a personal "board of advisors," to test assumptions and hold members accountable for turning good intentions into great results. The power of TEC is in not offering advice or pre-packaged solutions but instead acting like a 'gym', using the collective experiences and wisdom of the TEC community to get the best out of each individual member.

TEC Chairs

Each TEC group is led by a TEC Chair with extensive business experience and the ability to act as coach and mentor for CEOs at the highest level. The majority of TEC Chairs are former CEOs themselves and understand the specific issues that business leaders face, whether running a small or large company.

TEC Members

TEC members represent a variety of industries from manufacturing and business services to retail and not for profit organisations. Members from small and medium sized companies, the majority ranging from $1M to $100M turnover, provide a powerful exchange of ideas where entrepreneurial drive meets with hard-won experience.

TEC members are selected on the basis of their experience, willingness to contribute and their openness and have no vested interest beyond helping each other succeed.  They operate in a confidential environment for senior-level executives where each member brings objectivity, expertise, insight and candidacy to meetings, where giving is seen as more important than receiving and the rich and deep exchange that results, benefits everybody.  Members include chief executives of larger organisations, business leaders who have come up through the ranks of a family business and self-taught entrepreneurs.
